To lock our date in, I require a $200 non-refundable deposit for bookings four hours and under, and 30% for any booking over four hours.
When on tour I request a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total booking.
Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been cleared and I have sent you a confirmation email.
Deposits are payable via Beem, Bank Transfer.
If you are concerned about privacy, Beem is best, as it is anonymous and untraceable.
I understand unplanned events can occur, resulting in the need to cancel your appointment. If this happens, I respectfully ask for your cancellation notice 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, and of course, we can transfer your deposit to another booking. If rescheduling is required, you may transfer your deposit within a 1 month period from the initial booking date.
Repeated cancellations will require the fee pre-paid in full.
In very unfortunate circumstances where I might be ill or unable to make the appointment, any amount paid toward the booking will be refunded in full within 48 hours of the cancellation using Beem only. This will require you to provide me with your Beem handle.
If cancellation is due to the client displaying unsafe behaviour (intimidation, manipulation, requesting unsafe/illegal services), the deposit (and any monies paid toward the booking) will not be refunded.
